Industrial Maintenance Planner:

(1) Plan company's maintenance activities through software and develop preventive maintenance systems and support multiple facilities in corrective and preventive maintenance.

(2) Perform on-site repairs and schedule contractors for major repairs to reduce impact on plant production performance.

(3) Perform equipment improvement and reverse engineering to resolve nuisance equipment failures.

(4) Track maintenance and modifications of machinery and prepare expenditure budgets and inventory control.

(5) Interview specialized technicians, create training plan and perform personnel evaluations.

(6) Trouble shoot CNC and other electronic equipment by assessing ladder diagrams and machine parameters and setting electronic protections to prevent damage to equipment.

(7) Apply reverse engineering to mechanical and hydraulic systems to rebuild older equipment.

(8) Plan development of systems for new equipment such as work holding systems and Laser, Oxy or Plasma electronic control steel cutting mechanisms.

Four years experience in job or Maintenance Coordination or Maintenance Management required.
